MARTIN McNEILL is an acclaimed slide guitarist and singer, playing traditional blues which draws on artists including Muddy Waters, Elmore James, Ray Charles and Ry Cooder.
His wide repertoire also includes classic soul, jazz, gospel and modern folk-blues.

Otto & The Mutapa Calling 8PM
Otto & The Mutapa Calling is a lively London based marimba band playing energetic, joyful music from Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe, including folk songs, original songs and popular southern African covers. The band's set-up includes soprano, tenor and baritone marimbas, mbira, hosho, drumming and singing, with both traditional and contemporary dances. The marimba band’s sound is full of energy and pulsating rhythms - and our music shares the rich cultures, histories and stories of the people of southern Africa.
Some highlights from our 2018 summer performances include Wandsworth Arts Fringe, All Points East Festival, Heritage Zimbabwe Festival, Make Music UK Day, From The Forest Festival, Art Night London, One Love Festival and Leytonstone Street Festival.

Heartland, Country, Rock? Call them whatever you want them to be. From the heart of London, Backwoods Creek bring something most others shy away from. Unashamedly ready to make you sing, laugh and cry, this quintet is picking up the pieces and putting them back together, one show at a time.
Starting out in late 2016, The Creek have been blazing their own unique trailplaying shows ranging from a sold out night at The Jazz Cafe, to the Teddy Rocks Festival, to 2 venue-filled slots at AEG's Country2Country Festival.
With a textbook start 2018, The Creek Boys released 2 top 5 charting singles, 'Keep Off The Grass' & 'When I Grow Up', the latter winning BCMA's video of the year award; only to follow up with their debut EP 'It's About Time', the band are well on their way to world domination.

Robert J Hunter & the band 10:30PM
Dirty rhythm and blues from the depths of Alderney, based in London. Island born Robert J. Hunter combines his gruff and powerful voice with the wild thud of blues guitar. In 2017 Robert was a finalist in the International Songwriting Competition (ISC) with his powerful ballad, ‘Preacher’ which was chosen from 16,000 entries. Robert has previously supported acts including Wilko Johnson, The Animals and HeyMoonShaker. He has played top venues around the country including Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club and the Spiritual Bar in London. He is a regular performer at the London blues jams and clubs as well as performing in Europe and on the UK circuit.
