The Gator Dog Snappers Licking stick

The Gator Dog Snappers 7:30PM

The Gator Dog Snappers are an eclectic jazz party band formed in the iconic Spotted Cat Jazz Club on New Orleans’ fabled Frenchmen Street. Featured at the EFG London Jazz festival, they played weekly at the late great Jamboree, and are now resident at London’s Blues Kitchens. Squealing woodwind and punch brass solos are underpinned by throbbing basslines and authentic traditional drums.
Thrown together through their love of travel, sharing music, studying traditional styles and learning new songs, the band brings together high octane foot stompers, authentic grooves, crunchy vocal harmonies and burning solos. Tonight the band’s international line up will span three continents and as many instruments as they can carry.
