Linus Sams formed his group in Paris in 2012. After performing many concerts in bars and small festivals in the south of France he moved to Paris where he wrote 2 albums, Rockaway Beach alone and On a Rocking warning. The latter being released on all online stores worldwide. With performances such as playing the main stage at the Paris fete de la musique and appearing on French TV show the grande webzine, and also several well known French festivals. Linus then moved back to his home town London in 2017 and reformed his band. With shows such as The hope and anchor in Islington, and Leo’s Red Lion gravesend and more dates booked for 2018 to come. The style of Linus’s music is Rock/blues with a hint of classic rock and his influences include ACDC, deep purple, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Weller and Chris Rea to name but a few.

To celebrate the release of their debut EP ‘Nowhere To Be’, Australian indie folk band The Tipsy Scholars (FKA The Gypsy Scholars) are setting out on their biggest tour yet. Playing a massive 11 shows in Australia before embarking on their first ever overseas tour, the frothy four piece will be taking their captivating live show to both capital cities and rural towns. Playing songs from the new EP; as well as old crowd favourites, The Tipsy Scholars will be playing festivals and headline performances throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Hitting The Luna in London on the 8th of September, The Tipsy Scholars will be singing louder, strumming stronger and smiling bigger than ever!
